Text Messaging Terms & Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Grim Reaper Pest Control ("we," "us") offers a text messaging program to keep our customers informed about their pest control service. This page explains what we send, how consent works, and how your information is handled.
What messages we send
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you service-related messages, including:
- Follow-up messages after a completed service visit to make sure everything went well
- Invitations to share feedback about your service or leave an online review
- Replies to questions or feedback you send us by text
Message frequency varies and is typically 1–2 messages following a completed service visit. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Grim Reaper Pest Control by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by replying START or YES to a message from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving texts from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START at any time.
